Shipping policy

Whit Snow Designs packages all orders with care to ensure they make it to their destination in the advertised condition. Customers that receive a damaged item due to shipping should notify Whit Snow Designs immediately with photo evidence. Based on the identified damage, replacement or return options will be provided to the customer. All orders will be shipped based on the shipping company's expected delivery dates. Whit Snow Designs will not be held responsible for packages that arrive after the estimated delivery date and will not be eligible for a refund.
